For a base price of $129.00 you'll receive:

• A complete System Check of the gas fireplace, which includes the glass being removed and polished and all components inspected, tested and cleaned.

• The unit with the glass reinstalled is then burnt for 15 minutes and is given a vent test, gas leak test, seal test and an electrical test.

• The unit will be certified safe and operational.

Three Indicators of a Bad Fireplace

• SOOT:  Anywhere, but especially if found around the outside of the firebox or on    the termination vent cap.

• PILOT:  If the pilot is not burning, there is most likely a good reason why.

• DISCLORATION:  Discoloration of the glass, mantles, or any surrounding area of the fireplace.
